Penicillin

A citrusy and sweet sour built around whiskey, with the classic proportions and service that make the Penicillin endure.

“The Penicillin is honest work in a glass. Keep your hand steady and your garnish modest.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Penicillin works because blended Scotch, lemon juice, honey-ginger syrup meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method blended, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
