Amaretto Sour

A citrusy and sweet creamy built around whiskey, with the classic proportions and service that make the Amaretto Sour endure.

“The Amaretto Sour is honest work in a glass. Keep your hand steady and your garnish modest.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Amaretto Sour works because amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method shaken, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
