Whiskey Sour

A citrusy and sweet creamy built around whiskey, with the classic proportions and service that make the Whiskey Sour endure.

“A Whiskey Sour needs balance, not a speech. You've got the balance; I'll spare you the speech.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Whiskey Sour works because bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method shaken, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
