Ramos Gin Fizz
A citrusy and sweet creamy built around gin, with the classic proportions and service that make the Ramos Gin Fizz endure.
“Ramos Gin Fizz: restrained, exact, and entirely uninterested in your clever substitutions.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS
The Ramos Gin Fizz works because gin, lemon juice, lime juice meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method shaken, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
