Long Island Iced Tea

A citrusy and sweet sour built around gin, with the classic proportions and service that make the Long Island Iced Tea endure.

“Long Island Iced Tea, kid. Big flavor, zero committee meetings, and we're back before the commercial ends.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Long Island Iced Tea works because vodka, gin, white rum meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method built, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
