Paloma

A citrusy and refreshing tropical built around tequila & mezcal, with the classic proportions and service that make the Paloma endure.

“Look at this Paloma—clean hit, no replay needed, and nobody had to miss the game.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Paloma works because blanco tequila, fresh lime juice, salt meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method built, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
