Martini

A citrusy and bitter sour built around gin, with the classic proportions and service that make the Martini endure.

“Sweetheart, serve the Martini cold enough to silence anyone with an unnecessary opinion.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Martini works because gin, dry vermouth, orange bitters meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method built, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
