Singapore Sling

A citrusy and bitter tiki built around gin, with the classic proportions and service that make the Singapore Sling endure.

“The Singapore Sling is less a drink than a cheerful little potion with impeccable timing.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Singapore Sling works because gin, cherry liqueur, Cointreau meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method shaken, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
