Jungle Bird

A citrusy and bitter tiki built around rum, with the classic proportions and service that make the Jungle Bird endure.

“Behold the Jungle Bird: a small expedition of aroma, ice, and excellent tropical judgment.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Jungle Bird works because dark or blackstrap rum, Campari, pineapple juice meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method shaken, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
