Pisco Sour

A citrusy and bitter creamy built around brandy, with the classic proportions and service that make the Pisco Sour endure.

“Darling, a Pisco Sour this polished makes the rest of the room look underdressed.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Pisco Sour works because pisco, lemon or lime juice, simple syrup meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method shaken, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
