Piña Colada

A citrusy and fruity tiki built around rum, with the classic proportions and service that make the Piña Colada endure.

“Behold the Piña Colada: a small expedition of aroma, ice, and excellent tropical judgment.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Piña Colada works because white or lightly aged rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method blended, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
