Americano

A bitter and herbal aperitif built around other/low-abv, with the classic proportions and service that make the Americano endure.

“Darling, a Americano this polished makes the rest of the room look underdressed.”

WHY THIS DRINK WORKS

The Americano works because Campari, sweet vermouth, soda water meet in deliberate proportion. Keep the method built, use fresh ice, and give the final garnish enough attention to finish the aroma without distracting from the drink.
